Lazarus Projects Brings “Blessing to Bull”
On October 12th & 13th, Lazarus Projects, a ministry of Hillcrest Baptist Church of Williamston, arrived at Mr. Bull Cureton’s home on Market Street to bring him blessings. Rev. Larry Baldwin stated “This was one of the largest Lazarus Projects we have undertaken so far. But, God was in this from the beginning and He put the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to make it all happen, as He always does!” Special thanks to Rodney Ragsdale for providing a new metal roof and the labor to install it. Also, thanks to Debbie Chapman for helping get the word out around town and all that you did to help us. Jack Ellenburg and the “I’m from Williamston” group for your support and all the photos that you have put on-line to promote the Lazarus Projects ministry. And, a special thanks to Mike Simpson for your support! There are many others individuals and businesses who supported this project financially and Hillcrest would like to say “thanks” to all of you! Hillcrest also stocked Bull’s kitchen with groceries! Rev. Baldwin said, “It sure is good to see a community come together for such a cause as this. This is not to lift up the name of Hillcrest Baptist Church, it’s to lift up the name of Jesus. It’s all about being His hands and feet in our community!” If you would like to know more about Lazarus Projects or would like to support this ministry financially, call the church office at 847-7521.
